Separation of Powers Protects Individual Liberty
By Lucas J. Mather, Ph.D., TRP Podcast producer and host.
Don’t forget that. What hath Separation of Powers to do with Individual Liberty ? Separation of Powers protects Individual Liberty.
That’s the topic of my book “Individual Liberty and Separation of Powers in the Constitutional Statesmanship of Judge Brett Kavanaugh.”
It currently ranks on the first page, in the number 1 position of Google search results on Individual Liberty Constitutional Statesmanship. On a Democrat search engine. I’m also ranked number one for Individual Liberty Brett Kavanaugh. I’m ranked number 6 on the first page of results for Separation of Powers Brett Kavanaugh. I’m ranked number one for Professor Republican and vice versa.
On second thought, maybe that’s a bad thing. It’s a Democrat search engine.
When I first started this project, when one searched those terms, it was nothing but Democrat garbage that was returned in the search results. My concern especially was for voters and students who don’t know any better. It took months and months of dedication, hard work, and most importantly, prayer. And the search results began to change. Now, when you’re doing research on Individual Liberty Constitutional Statesmanship, you get great results (my well-trained, hard work) in the number one spot. If a kid is doing research on Brett Kavanaugh and Individual Liberty, he will see my well-trained hard work in the number one spot on Google. He will be presented by 450 pages of the truth. Similarly, if anyone wants to search separation of powers and Brett Kavanaugh. I’m number 6 on page one for that. Last, if a kid wants to search Professor Republican, this material is there for the curious.
Trump was concerned about Separation of Powers and Individual Liberty, by extension, by standing by his nomination of Kavanaugh when Kamala Harris tried to stop it. This is a good thing to remember this semester.
